The team at Artsy Voiceprint was excellent. Placed my order late evening on a Thursday. By Friday morning received a confirmation e-mail by Friday afternoon I received the proof and approved it. They started production on Monday and the final product was shipped on Tuesday. It arrived before our anniversary and had to tell my wife not to open the package until our anniversary. Surprisingly she didn’t open it over the weekend, but I told her she could open it a day early. All I can say is that the craftsman ship was wonderful and my wife loved it. Thank you Artsy Voiceprint for helping me show my love for my wife. Rating is 10/10

• A small card with the QR code printed on it is included with your order. We can print an optional gift message on the card. The QR code will play the recording for your order when scanned with your phone's camera.
• You can also request to have the QR code printed on the art itself.
★ FREE PROOF - You can choose to preview the art, but please note it adds 1-3 business days to the processing time. We will send a digital proof to your email for approval. If we don't hear back after 2 attempts, we will send the art to print in order not to delay your order.
HOW DO I SEND MY SONG?
In most cases, I only need a link to the song on YouTube. If you have an MP3 file of the song, please email it to support@artsyvoiceprint.com with your order number and last name in the subject line.
HOW DO I RECORD MY VOICE MESSAGE?
You can easily record your voice message on your mobile phone using your Voice Memos or Voice Recorder app. Alternatively, you can use a video recording on your phone or camera.
• Ships within 3-5 business days after proof approval.
• Delivery within the US takes 1-5 business days depending on your location.
• Expedited shipping is available as an upgrade at check out, but please take note that it only expedites shipping, not production time.
• International orders deliver within 6-10 business days, or longer if held in customs. International shipments may be subject to import taxes. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for these taxes.
