I didn’t discover this option until the last minute, so I was a little anxious about the timing for proof and production (approximately 10 calendar days from order to deliver). The customer service team was excellent at promptly answering questions (thank you Taline!). While the express shipping is a bit on the expensive side ($45), the final product completely exceeded my expectations (the fee is completely understandable after seeing the great care in the shipping packaging). The ability to scan the QR code for the recording is such a unique and thoughtful feature. It adds a personal touch that makes the gift feel even more creative and special. I’m excited to share it with loved ones and look forward to finding new ways to gift this in the future. I’ll definitely be recommending this product to friends and family.
