I was very pleased with an anniversary gift order I placed and received. It was beautiful. My only disappoint was regardless of the fact the shipping package stated, "do not bend," it was bent on two corners badly and warped in the middle. But that was the shipper's fault. I was most pleased with the gift and would definitely order from this company again!!

I ordered this for my wife for Christmas. I chose to review the draft. I did have some changes. The requested changes were fixed very quickly - within a day. I approved and expected within 3-5 business days. It took about 11 days and was late for Christmas. I can say the customer support and answering of questions was excellent from artsyvoiceprint. Also, they followed up with the delivery carrier to see why delayed. So I cannot really blame them for the delays on delivery. As for the product I orders - it was beautiful and of high quality. Very nice
