Returns and Cancellations


For personalized artworks, we do not accept returns since we will not be able to resale the artwork.

Non-personalized artworks can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for loss in value, if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days. For damaged items, please provide pictures of both the item and packaging with labels so we can send a replacement as soon as possible. Pictures of the packaging are required to receive a replacement. Please allow at least 2 weeks for US and 4 weeks for International orders before reporting them as lost.


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we have not yet created the artwork, we will gladly cancel the order and issue a full refund.

In case you decide to cancel your order after the artwork has been created but the item has not yet been printed, we can still cancel the order and issue a refund but will assess a fee for creating the custom artwork. We will subtract $30 plus 5% of the order total and send you a digital file of the artwork.
