I didn’t discover this option until the last minute, so I was a little anxious about the timing for proof and production (approximately 10 calendar days from order to deliver). The customer service team was excellent at promptly answering questions (thank you Taline!). While the express shipping is a bit on the expensive side ($45), the final product completely exceeded my expectations (the fee is completely understandable after seeing the great care in the shipping packaging). The ability to scan the QR code for the recording is such a unique and thoughtful feature. It adds a personal touch that makes the gift feel even more creative and special. I’m excited to share it with loved ones and look forward to finding new ways to gift this in the future. I’ll definitely be recommending this product to friends and family. HOW DO I SEND MY SONG?
In most cases, I only need a link to the song on YouTube. If you have an MP3 file of the song, please email it to support@artsyvoiceprint.com with your order number and last name in the subject line.
HOW DO I RECORD MY VOICE MESSAGE?
You can easily record your voice message on your mobile phone using your Voice Memos or Voice Recorder app. Alternatively, you can use a video recording on your phone or camera.
• Ships within 3-5 business days after proof approval.
• Delivery within the US takes 1-5 business days depending on your location.
• Expedited shipping is available as an upgrade at check out, but please take note that it only expedites shipping, not production time.
• International orders deliver within 6-10 business days, or longer if held in customs. International shipments may be subject to import taxes. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for these taxes.
